Lexcel Success for Page NelsonFebruary 22, 2017 2:34 pm
We are thrilled to announce that we have maintained our Lexcel Accreditation, having passed with flying colours.
For us to retain the Lexcel Accreditation our practice underwent an annual assessment process, which included an in-depth on-site visit from the Lexcel assessor.
The assessor was pleased to let us know that we passed with no corrective actions required, (this means they did not find any issues which we needed to put right).
Neil Jones, Director and Solicitor at Page Nelson said; “We’re very happy that our hard work has been recognised in this way. Thanks to all our staff for their huge efforts.”
A little bit about Lexcel…
Lexcel is developed specifically for the legal profession. It is an optional, recognised accreditation scheme for law firms and in-house legal departments which gives assurance that a practice meets high client care and business management standards.
The President of the Law Society of England and Wales, said: Gaining and maintaining Lexcel is no mean feat. There are many facets of being a Lexcel accredited law firm, including client care. A commitment to customer service in today’s evermore competitive legal services market is vital.
“By undergoing the rigorous Lexcel application and assessment process practices can show the positive steps they are taking to help clients in the increasingly diverse, complicated legal services market.”
